An Alcohol-Free toner that contains 2% Lactic Acid. It gently exfoliates dead cells to help maintain healthy-looking skin.

APPLICATION:
Mist over face and neck after cleansing, or drench with two cotton puffs and smooth over face and neck. Avoid eye area.
